Project Title: School-Based Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy Services
Bid Due Date: April 8, 2025
Invitation to Bid
The Ralls County R-II School District is seeking qualified and licensed providers to submit bids for school-based therapy services. The district is requesting proposals for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy services for the 2025-2026 school year.. The selected contractor(s) will be responsible for delivering these services in accordance with IEP (Individualized Education Program) requirements, as well as other related regulations.
Bidder Qualifications:
Providers must be licensed and credentialed in their respective fields (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy).
Experience in providing services in a school setting is preferred.
Must comply with all state and federal regulations regarding student health services and special education.
Proposal Submission: Interested parties are invited to submit a detailed bid, including the following:
Proof of professional licensure and certifications.
References from previous clients or schools served.
A proposed fee schedule for each type of therapy service.
