About Ralls County, MO

On November 16, 1820, Ralls County was formed from territory taken from Pike County. The new county was named for Daniel Ralls, a Missouri state legislator. Like so many of the settlers, he was a native of Virginia. His farm was four miles west of New London. The county seat is New London.

As of the 2020 census, the population was 10,355.

Ralls County Historical Museum and Library are located at 120 East Main Street. Perry, MO 63462.

Who We Are Looking For?

We are looking for Skills: teaching skills, skills to work with children/students, skills in kindness, skills in compassion, skills in responsibility, maturity and decision making.

We are looking for applicants with Written and Verbal Communication Skills. You communicate all day long with students, parents, and co-workers. Your communication must be top notch! You will be representing Ralls County R-II School District.

We are seeking applicants with a Passion and Enthusiasm for Teaching, Learning, and Collaborating with coworkers and outside professionals.

We are seeking applicants who view themselves as Lifelong Learners. Learning never ends and we want employees who are always seeking to become better by learning new skills and knowledge.

COVID19 taught us that Flexibility is vital. Each day can be planned, but events happen and we need employees to be flexible and to go with the flow as the need dictates.

Your ability to Function as Part of a Team will be evaluated. While you may close your door to teach, your ability to work with a team is important to the success of our school and student learning.

Our STUDENTS are the most important part of our day. We are looking for staff that can maintain a Positive Attitude, Be Calm and Adaptable within the learning environment.
