What Staff Are Saying about Working at Ralls County R-II
"The Ralls County School District holds a special place in my heart. I attended Perry Elementary, graduated from Mark Twain High School, and have spent twenty-seven years serving the students and families in Ralls County in many different roles. Our students and families have been a joy to work with. I can't think of a better place for my grandchildren to attend. I truly believe, once a Tiger....always a Tiger." -Diana Duckworth, Elementary Counselor
"As someone who started his career at MTHS and has been teaching for 6 years now, this staff community has been the best to work with. After coming here from the Kansas City area, this community both inside and outside of the school has been welcoming to me. The classes have been great to work with, and class sizes make it easy to get to know each and every student as they work through the 9-12 years of their academic careers."--Stephen Loszewski Mark Twain High School Social Studies Teacher
"I have taught Language Arts at Mark Twain Junior High for eight years. I love my team. We work as one and can talk to each other about any concerns, challenges, and victories together. I have two amazing principals! Mrs. Hays always has a listening ear for any concerns that teachers may have and will do everything in her power to help us. I love working at Mark Twain Junior High School!" - Mrs. Lugena, Mark Twain Jr. High Language Arts Teacher
